This is a meditation class for anyone who wants to learn the essential elements of mindfulness and basic meditation techniques. You will learn tools and techniques to take into your day-to-day life that help with managing on-going stress through improved focus, self-awareness and self-mastery.
Besides the tools and techniques of meditation, participants will learn about blocks to mindfulness and how to overcome them so they can sustain a calm and clear mental state.
Specific relaxation and stress release exercises will be taught along with solutions and strategies for managing stress, tension and overwhelm.
Drop in class rate: $30
4 class meditation pass: $110 (Valid for one month)
10 class meditation pass: $250 (Valid for three months)
