Explore Your Inner Wisdom Coaching Package
Clarity Contemplation Worksheet
You’ll answer ten questions before we meet so you get clearer on what areas of your life you need guidance on and what results you want from this programme. Your answers will be used to customise your sessions so you get the most out of our time together.
Inner Wisdom Tune In
We’ll meet in person or online (you choose) for 90 minutes to connect you to your inner wisdom. You’ll learn how your inner wisdom communicates so you can understand your inner guidance and how it’ll help you make decisions that lead to a life of peace, happiness, and purpose.
Inner Wisdom Guided Meditation
You’ll receive a guided meditation in audio format so you can practice listening to your inner wisdom and get familiar with its vocabulary.
Inner Wisdom Fine Tune
After we meet, you’ll practice fine tuning your explorations and understanding of the language of your inner wisdom so you can stop second guessing yourself and trust the guidance coming from within.
Inner Wisdom Tune-Up
One to two weeks after our first session, we’ll meet for a 30-minute check-in and tune-up. You’ll share how fluent you’ve become in the language of your inner wisdom and your experience of applying it in your life so I can help you make adjustments and answer any questions. Or we’ll just celebrate your runaway success!

Step 3. Then you’ll fill out the Clarity Contemplation worksheet and agree to a Coaching contract to complete your booking.
Step 4. We’ll meet either in person or online to get you connected to your inner wisdom and its guidance on the important decisions in your life so you can create a life of fulfilment and deeper meaning.
