You can choose to see the glass as half empty or half full. You determine your life experiences by your perceptions and the beliefs you have. Your beliefs and thoughts have an effect on your emotions and the actions you take in your life, often creating self-fulfilling prophecies. For example, if you are afraid that your partner will leave you, you may become very clingy and demand to know where they are all the time, act out in jealous ways and in doing so, drive them away from you and eventually even causing them to leave you because of your unreasonable behaviour. You think, therefore you are.

Thoughts and long held beliefs derive from your family of origin, cultural conditioning or life experiences and create neural pathways in your brain over time. These pathways make it difficult for you to change your thoughts and beliefs because you become very comfortable with the familiarity of them and are not able to see how they are holding you back from living your full potential, even when they cause you to feel frustration, fear and anxiety.

In this workshop, you will learn how to identify then transform any limiting beliefs you have that are holding you back in your life from experiencing inner peace, emotional calm and achieving all that you desire. You will learn to free your mind and realize your true essential nature is powerful, unlimited and infinite.
